Star Wars: Hidden Empire Favorite Moments!

Crimson Dawn has revealed itself, and Qi’ra unleashes her ultimate plan: to destroy the Sith! But Sidious and Vader won’t be beaten easily. Time may be running out, but Qi’ra races to set her trap before the Sith ends her once and for all!

Sith hunting! Dark side artifacts! Underworld war! And the aftermath of it all…

Charles Soule brings his “Qi’ra trilogy” to a close with this final chapter. The story explodes with twists, turns, and an army of characters to cheer for!

Here are my favorite moments from this arc!

SPOILERS AHEAD!

Qi’ra Chronicles

Two hooded figures listen to the Archivist recount Qi’ra’s story. The commentary is insightful and the reveal is worth the wait.

Fearless

Qi’ra tells the Emperor to his blurry blue face that she is coming for him! Maybe Sidious has something to fear from this syndicate leader after all…

Lockdown

The plan to destroy the Sith revolves around an artifact called the Fermata Cage. An ancient dark side relic capable of trapping a Sith, or even releasing an ancient one…

Empty Knights

The artifact needs dark side energy to be activated. So the Knights of Ren kind of only have a specific use… which they are not too happy with.

Orphans Strike Back

Chanath Cha and the Orphans stand against Vader to buy time. Each of them brings their own style to the table but its really cool to see Imara Vex take a few sniper shots. I can’t wait to test her out in Star Wars Hunters!

Who Tells Your Story?

Qi’ra spends a lot of time with Cadeliah, the heir to two of Corellia’s most powerful syndicates. She imparts her knowledge and the brutal truths of the unforgiving galaxy.

The Hunger

The Archivist sets the stage for the final stand on the Amaxine Station. Here the Cage should have all the dark side energy it needs to activate.

Await the Dawn

Crimson Dawn’s hidden empire is finally revealed and all the pieces are on the board as the Sith close in.

No Survivors

Sidious and Vader arrive and take matters into their own hands. No witnesses.

Soul Punch

Darth Vader is confronted by the Spark Eternal-possessed Aphra (It’s a whole thing…) After they cross blades, Vader knocks the soul out of the rogue archaeologist!

I wonder what happened to the Spark Eternal?

It’s probably fine…

Narrator: It was not.

Spring the Trap

Sidious and Vader finally reach their goal and intend to stop Qi’ra and whatever she might unleash from the Fermata Cage.

But Qi’ra has them right where she wants them.

Brave Knights

The Knights of Ren decide to ally themselves with the Sith. In hopes that might work out for them.

It could be the start of a beautiful friendship.

Choices of One

Qi’ra leaves Cadeliah one last message, along with a few gifts. What she will do with them is entirely up to her.

Shattered Empire

Hidden Empire takes us on the pulse-pounding thrilling conclusion to the battle between Crimson Dawn and the Sith lords! Steven Cummings‘ art is gorgeous with plenty of expression, dynamic action, and wonderful splash pages. Along with War of the Bounty Hunters and Crimson Reign, Qi’ra’s story gets some brilliant beautiful chapters.

This comic is a must-read for fans of underworld intrigue and ready for Qi’ra’s final stand against the Sith!
