Fatal Alliance
The Archivist reaches out to Kho for some help with Qi’ra‘s plan. Maybe with two experts on Ascendant tech, they’ll be able to topple the lords of the Sith!
In Sync
Magna Tolvan makes a move using her cybernetics to sync with Aphra’s electro-tattoos in a desperate attempt to reach the real Aphra inside her Spark-possessed body!

An Offer You Can’t Refuse
So Ronen Tagge is back on his bantha poodoo. He’s allied with Crimson Dawn to finally overthrow Domina and rule the Tagge corporation. Sana is not sold on his chances.
The Comedian
Brene is over here working on her stand-up during a firefight. I love the Ubese crew. They’ve been popping up sporadically in the comics but I hope we see much more of them.
Personally, I’d follow them in their own series.

After a Crimson Dawn insurrection and a little death in the family business, it’s good for Sana to remain in Domina’s graces.
Darkseekers
Doctor Aphra is still trapped inside the consciousness of the Spark Eternal. But as she connects with its creator Miril she learns about the history of the Ascendant and their battles with the Sith.
That’s Called a Kidnapping
Aphra’s friends (if they could be called that) start to come up with one more plan to save her. It sounds like a kidnapping.
A.I.
Miril, the creator of the Spark reflects on her intentions when she created the artificial intelligence.
Sith Killer
Finally, the Spark Eternal wielding the Null Blade gets the chance to fulfill its creator’s intentions and destroy the Sith. Everything’s gonna work out fine right?
Ceremony
When Sana and her friends finally catch up to Aphra they have to complete the ritual to save her. Or kill her. They really aren’t sure which…

Looks like they saved her after all. And look how grateful she is!
A New Dawn
Sana needs some time to figure things out. Especially after that ordeal.
Teamwork
Alyssa Wong raises the bar, ties the story in with Hidden Empire, and gives us lots of ancient lore all while bringing a story of maniacal proportions to a hard-hitting edge. The art by Minkyu Jung perfectly fits with Wong’s storytelling as always. Doctor Aphra, Sana Starros, Kho Phon Farrus, and Magna Tolvan all have wonderful character moments. Something really fun and special about the Doctor Aphra series is the amount of Force lore explored by characters who are not Force-sensitive. It’s a unique way of exploring the galaxy and explores great ideas like the Ascendant.
This comic arc is a must-read for Doctor Aphra fans who can’t get enough of her and the whole crew we’ve grown to love in this series.
