Another wonderful day in the life of our favorite rogue archaeologist as she contends with Domina Tagge, Crimson Dawn, Black Sun, Just Lucky, Boba Fett, a room full of people she’s double-crossed, and last but not least-lethal: Darth Vader.

Poncho Luke returns as Rebels plans go awry! Vader himself makes an appearance and our heroes must change up their plans to live to fight another day! The last arc of the 2015-2019 volume of Star Wars takes us up to The Empire Strikes Back and the story from Empire Ascendant gives us Shara and Kes at Echo base!
As the Empire scours the galaxy for the rebel base, our heroes split up to slow them down any way they can. Things start to feel familiar as we move closer and closer to the events of The Empire Strikes Back.

Doctor Aphra finds herself directly under the eye of Darth Vader as she is commissioned by the Empire to aid in searching out archaeological sites for rebel scum all while questioning her ever at-risk mortality and what her choices have meant to those she’s loved.
Leia returns to the Alliance fleet with a plan to bring Shu-Torun and Queen Trios to their knees. But if the Rebels need to fight through hell itself, they’ll need warriors who have already fought through an apocalypse.
Okay so Doctor Aphra and Vulaada are trying to make their way in a ruthless galaxy but unfortunately the Rebel Alliance and the Empire are both after Aphra so it seems our rogue archaeologist won’t be catching a break anytime soon. Oh also childhood memories and run ins with the ex are sure to keep Aphra on her toes.
So as usual… chaos and shenanigans ensue.
After the rebel fleet barely survives the betrayal at Mako-Ta; Leia, Han, and Luke find themselves stranded on the isolated world of Hubin. The high energy fast pace life of Rebel heroes takes a bit of a breath as our heroes find themselves waylaid! But that definitely doesn’t mean things are boring!
