Pancakes, Waffles, Crepes
– all that catergory I am HORRIBLE at making. I don’t know what it is. Maybe I leave it on the pan too long or too little or maybe I don’t put enough baking powder?
I could never get the pancakes too even look good! Well the picture looks OK but I just think they could look so much better!
They taste AMAZING though! I now realize EVERYTHING tastes better with lemon zest!

So in this book there is always a “secret tip” (no I won’t tell you you have to buy the book!) and I ALWAYS do it! It puts me under pressure sometimes… like, why you putting these pressures on me Freddie? Or sometimes the secret tip will start with something like “If you wanna be awesome, do this this blah blah blah…”
I want to be awesome like Freddie.
So I always make it my goal to do the secret tips and be “awesome” or a “kitchen Ninja.”
Yeah he actually wrote that so of course I did it. Anyway thanks so much for reading! Buy the book and become a kitchen ninja yourself!
