Here are some of my favorite moments!

SPOILERS AHEAD!

Cooking Mama

When we meet a much older Porter Engle on Ephrona he’s already famous for his nine-egg stew. But here, 150 years before, he’s still working on that culinary prowess…

Fast Friends

Waaay back when in the Jedi temple li’l Porter and Barash met and became fast friends. Their connection would only grow stronger as they grew and became powerful Jedi.

Challenge

Porter Engle’s skill with a lazer sword has earned him quite the reputation. Even the Jedi can’t resist testing themselves against him. Another day another duel…

First Blood

Viess leads the hired mercenaries on this planet. This is the beginning of a long story that leads all the way to a distant future of the Nihil and their Minister of Protection. And Porter isn’t a Jedi that forgets easily…

Choices Cut

Barash works to get to the truth of the conflict. The Force has always led her to clarity, seeing through the deceptions of others.

Blade Master

Porter Engle vs. an army of mercenaries… and an actual army… Seems unfair.

Maybe Porter should wear a blindfold…

Are You Threatening Me

Viess is a Jedi Killer. But she’s never faced a Jedi like Porter.

Hindsight

Barash vows to reconnect with the Force away from the Jedi Order. After the death and destruction wrought she feels her vision should have been clearer. And Porter returns to the Jedi alone.

Best Blade

The Blade is an action-packed introduction to Porter Engle and Barash Sylvain. The story is full of sabers, intrigue, and deception. It’s an origin story of sorts but contains so much more. Charles Soule, Marco Castiello, and Jethro Morales deliver a visually stunning Jedi story with plenty of thought, themes, and ties that connect across distant Star Wars eras.

This comic is a must-read for anyone looking for an action-packed tale of intrigue and truth.
