Charlie is small and amazing to come up with this recipe. It was simple and easy to make!
Well.
Except we don’t have an electric mixer so I had to hand whip the cream.
That hurt my arm for a while but thankfully my hard work paid off and it was delicious. (I’m looking into starting a whipping cream workout, my dad seems really into it.) It was real and fresh and not the pre-canned junk with added sugar and mysterious ingredients.
The recipe serves 1 so I made 4X and put it all in a bowl with 4 spoons and served it up!
