So, this recipe…
I feel like steak is just too difficult to bite into. Event his steak was a little tough but it was FULL of flavor and the cherry tomato and avocado salsa made it even more enjoyable together!
I felt bad for Axel since he missed out on the salsa (he hates tomatoes AND avocado.)
I tried so hard to get the medium rare color on the steak but I was scared of it being rare if I was careless so it ended up well done.
Which is fine.
