The High Republic: The Hunted Comic Review!

Keeve Trennis has reunited with survivors of Starlight Beacon, including her former master Sskeer! Together, they must stop Baron Boolan at all costs. But Boolan’s experiments will not make it easy.

Nightmare fuel! Margrak syndrome! Betrayal! And headless horrors!

Cavan Scott pits our heroes against not only the nameless, but more nightmares dreamt into being by the diabolical Baron Boolan! As if the Nameless weren’t bad enough!

Marika Cresta, Jim Towe, and Laura Braga all contribute solid art across the issues. The characters are expressive, and there are some impressively detailed panels. One issue in particular has some of Baron Boolan’s laboratory experiments in full, horrifying glory.

This story arc might be a wrap-up for this comic series, but it’s really just the opening chapter for further Phase III storytelling! Events that happen here lead into the Audible Original Tempest Breaker and the comic miniseries Fear of the Jedi! Keeve Trennis continues her journey with unwavering determination and loyalty not only to light and life, but also to her friends and others she meets on her journey. Baron Boolan makes for an intriguing and diabolical villain who brings entirely new monstrosities against the Jedi. This series takes swashbuckling Jedi adventures and adds in a horror twist!

This comic is a must-read for fans looking for new unnatural nightmares against the Jedi!
