Or what could happen if Anakin and Obi-Wan’s cover is blown. But if podracing isn’t the only thing the criminals are up to then what else could it be?
Bits and Pieces
Padawan’s Pride is a fun short story that adds to the lore of Kenobi and Skywalker’s early relationship! Obi-Wan and Anakin are on an adventure full of deception, syndicates, and podracing! Young Skywalker is eager for adventure and excitement while still struggling with the Jedi way of life. Kenobi is still learning what it means to be a mentor all while trying to live up to the high bar left by his own fallen master. The Jedi pair is up against the syndicates, the underworld, and who knows what else lurking in the darkness! Miller tosses in high-speed action, a little mystery, and maybe even a touch of dark legends and you have a great adventure in a lesser-used part of the timeline!
This is a must-read for Kenobi Skywalker fans who want to see more of their early time together and the challenges they face together!
